Join the Del Paso Heights Growers' Alliance (DPHGA) in ensuring that native trees and plant species remain an integral part of the urban forest in the disadvantaged community of Del Paso Heights by planting trees at Nuevo Park and Richardson Park.

Facing the region-wide issue of a declining tree canopy head-on, the City of Rancho Cordova has teamed up with the Sacramento Tree Foundation and SMUD to plant a tree-a-day in Rancho Cordova. Help us as we work to grow tree-lined streets, shaded parks and schools, and tree canopied back and front yards!

National Arbor Day Planting

Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, Elk Grove

Come get dirty with us! We will be reforesting a portion of Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge by planting native seedlings along the edge of reclaimed agricultural lands in celebration of National Arbor Day! With your help, we hope to plant 750 new tree seedlings which will eventually provide habitat for local wildlife. This is a great event for everyone! Snacks and lunch will be provided.

Morning and afternoon shifts are available.
